摘要
目的:了解曾被关锁精神病人解除关锁后社区治疗的长期效果。方法:对1997年发现的34例被关锁精神病人,在社区精神病防治网点的治疗效果进行随访,并与治疗前作比较。结果:经7年的精神病社区治疗后,这组病人的疗效肯定,社会功能改善明显,个别病人病情有过波动或恶化,也能在防治网点指导下加强治疗或送住院治疗而得到及时控制。结论:精神病社区防治网点是一种适合我国目前国情、民情的切实措施。
Objective：To realize the secular effect of community treatment that the psychotic who were free from captivity. Methods ：To follow -up survey 34 captivated psychotic that were found in 1997 and treated in the community prevention and cure net point. And to compare with them before cured. Results： Over 7 -yearg cured in psychotic community, the curative effect of this team of psychotics is positive. Their community function was obviously improved. Very few psychotic patients＇condition was ever fluctuated or deteriorated, but they were controlled in time after intensive treatment or sent to the hospital. Conclusions： The community prevention and cure net point is an effective measure that is suitable to the situation of our country and our people.
