摘要
能源合作已经成为黑龙江省对俄经贸合作最重要的组成部分。虽然双方能源合作具有很强的互补性,但仍不可避免地受到诸多不确定因素的制约。本文在分析黑龙江省与俄罗斯能源合作中有利和不利因素的基础上,建立动态利益博弈模型,为黑龙江省积极调整对俄能源合作战略提供理论依据。
Energy cooperation has become the most important part in the economy and trade cooperation of Heilongjiang province and Russia.Although energy cooperation has strong complementarity,but has many uncertain restriction factors.Based on analyzing favorable and unfavorable factors in the energy cooperation of Heilongjiang Province and Russia,a dynamic game model is established in this paper which will be a theoretical basis for Heilongjiang Province to adjust the energy cooperation strategy to Russian.
