摘要
智能电网的建设和发展对检修工作方法机制和管理体制提出了更高要求。油气试验是对变压器等主要电力设备进行状态评价的主要手段,传统油气试验工作模式已经不适应状态检修工作的节奏和要求,介绍一种智能化油气试验移动平台,使用计算机集中控制,现场可完成绝缘油和SF6气体等从样品采集、检测、分析、判断到检测报告的生成和信息传输等一系列工作流程。提高人员、设备利用率,提高测试数据准确性,降低车辆使用成本,为状态检修的顺利实施,创造必要的测试装备条件。
The development and construction of smart grid has proposed higher requirements for mechanism and management system of equipment maintenance. Transformer oil and SF6 test is the major method of equipment state evaluation. The operation mode of traditional test method can't meet the requirement and rhythm of condition-based maintenance. An Intellectualized and Mobile Platform for Transformer Oil and SF6 Gas Test is proposed in this paper. The on-site test can be finished under the centralized control of computer. Including sample collection, test analysis and test reports formation. Precision of test data and utilization of equipment has been greatly improved by using intellectualized and mobile platform. Application of this platform has also prepared for the successful implementation of condition-based maintenance.
