摘要
"互联网+"正在持续地影响着整个经济社会并促使其不断发生深刻的变革,它已经成功地改造了传媒、金融、零售及服务等多个行业和领域,也给目前仍处于传统方式下的油气开采带来了巨大的冲击和机遇。为此,总结了"互联网+"的内涵特征,分析了传统油气开采方式当下发展的现实困境,展望了"互联网+油气开采"形成的新的核心竞争力,全景再现了中国石油西南油气田公司是如何应用"互联网+"的新思维来建设具有"自动化、信息化、智能化"功能的智慧油气田的探索实践之路,用具体实例展示了智慧油气田在转变生产组织方式、提升决策管理效率、优化人力资源配置、降低生产经营成本等方面的显著作用,为大变革时代油气开采实现更好的转型升级提供了借鉴。
The notion of＂Internet Plus＂ is continuously influencing the whole economic society and impelling its profound transformation. It has triggered the successful change in many industries and domains, such as media, finance, retail and service. It also brings challenges and opportunities to the traditional oil and gas exploitation, In this paper, the implications and characteristics of ＂Internet Plus＂ were described. Moreover, the difficulties in the current development of traditional oil and gas exploitation were discussed, and the new core competitiveness based on Internet Plus oil/gas exploitation was prospected. Especially, this paper presented the practice of PetroChina Southwest Oil and Gasfield Company in constructing smart oil and gas fields＂ with the functions of automation, information orientation and intellectualization based on Intemet Plus. With specific examples, the remarkable effects of smart oil and gas fields on production organization mode transformation, decision management efficiency improvement, human resource distribution optimization and operation cost reduction were illustrated. The study provides the reference for better transformation and upgrading of oil and gas exploitation in the changing times.
