人性化护理在麻醉恢复室病人中的应用 被引量：16

摘要 [目的]探讨人性化护理应用于麻醉恢复室(PACU)护理中的效果。[方法]将全身麻醉后转入PACU的病人232例随机分为干预组和对照组。干预组在常规护理基础上采用全方位人性化护理,对照组仅针对不适症状给予常规护理。观察两组病人护理满意度、苏醒期并发症及苏醒时间。[结果]干预组总满意度显著高于对照组,干预组苏醒时间短于对照组,两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。[结论]麻醉后恢复室实施人性化护理可提高病人满意度、缩短恢复苏醒时间。
