摘要
由于卵黄抗体(IgY)在分子结构和生物学上的优势,使得IgY制备成了热门的抗体研究领域。本文综述了IgY在抗肿瘤、抗病毒、胃肠道疾病预防等方面的研究进展,指出IgY可以用来替代传统的IgG抗体,具有广阔的研发前景。
Because the molecular structure and biological advantage of immunoglobulin yolk（IgY）,it has been a hot spot in the field of antibody.This paper reviews recent development of IgY in tumor,virus and gastrointestinal infection,and also suggest that IgY can replace traditional IgG antibody for a wide range of application in immunoassay,disease prevention and treatment.
