摘要
目的观察败酱草提取物对实验性结肠炎大鼠的保护作用。方法健康SD大鼠随机分组,采用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)125 mg/kg建立结肠炎大鼠模型,灌胃用药4周后,检测各组大鼠结肠组织形态学改变及结肠组织内髓MPO、SOD活性及MDA水平,考察败酱草提取物对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的影响。结果败酱草各剂量组大鼠结肠组织学损伤明显改善(P<0.05),SOD活性显著高于模型组(P<0.01),MPO活性、MDA水平显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论败酱草提取物对TNBS诱导的大鼠溃疡性结肠炎有一定的治疗作用,抗氧化应激可能是其作用机制之一。
Objective To study the protective effect of patrinia extract(BJC) on ulcerative colonitis induced by trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS) in rats.Methods Animal model was established by administrated with TNBS via clyster.The levels of myeloperoxidase(MPO),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) in colon tissues were examined.Results Patrinia extract at dosages of 4,8 and 16 g·kg-1 improved histopathological damage of colon in TNBS-induced colonitis in rats,along with increasing SOD activity(P〈0.01),decreasing MPO activity and MDA level(P〈0.01).Conclusion Patrinia extract shows a therapeutic role on TNBS-induced colonitis in rats,and its effect may be related to anti-oxidation stress action.
