摘要
平台型电子商务服务链网的结构特征分析和成员间的协调关系研究,对提高整个链网的服务质量有重要作用。本文在分析平台型电子商务服务链网结构特征的基础上,对服务链网协调关系中存在的两个问题,即间接服务中的道德风险问题和沟通偏差造成非主观意愿的服务失败问题,从生态学视角提出了协调机制。研究结论对构建平台型电子商务服务链网及提高整个链网服务质量有理论价值。
The research of the structural characteristics and co - ordination between partners ot the plattorm- type e - commerce service chain plays an important role in improving the performance of the entire service chain. On the basis of the structural characteristics, this paper point outs two problems in the co- ordination bet^een partners. They are the moral hazard in the indirect services and the service failure caused by communication bias. And then, the coordination mechanisms from the ecological perspective is given. Research findings brought the theoretical val- ue to build a platform- type e -commerce service chain and improve the performance of the entire service chain.
