成人Still病的诊治进展 被引量：16

摘要 成人Still病（AOSD）是一组病因和发病机制至今不明，以高热、一过性皮疹、关节炎（痛）和白细胞增高等为主要特征、多系统受累的临床综合征。40余年来，针对成人Still病临床、生物学特征及免疫学方面的研究取得了一定成效，病因和发病机制至今仍然需进一步研究探讨。多数学者认为其发病与感染、遗传及机体的免疫异常有关，特别是对于成人Still病的免疫异常与发病的研究近年来更趋活跃。
