摘要
介绍涤纶阻燃剂TF-6142与分散染料染色的同浴整理工艺,探讨阻燃剂TF-6142用量对阻燃效果、染色色光和深度、色牢度、强力和耐洗性的影响。结果表明,阻燃剂TF-6142与分散染料染色同浴处理涤纶织物,可获得良好的阻燃效果和色牢度,染深色时也不影响织物的染色深度;洗涤50次后,阻燃效果基本不变,且对织物强力略有提升。
One-bath flame-retardant finishing and disperse dyeing of polyester fabric with flame retardant agent TF-6142 is car- ried out. The effects of flame retardant agent TF-6142 concentration on the flame retardancy, the dyeing shade and depth, col- or fastness, breaking and tearing strength and washing durability are discussed. The results show that the finished fabric fea- tures excellent flame-retardant property and high color fastness, and the color depth is stable even in deep shade. After fifty home launderings, the flame retardancy keeps the same, and its strength even has a slight increase.
