摘要
选取染色生产中常用的6种代表性的活性染料,即三原色BF型染料、活性橙HF-2RX、活性翠蓝MZ-GR和活性黑HD-001,采用吸收光谱法研究温度和元明粉及纯碱用量对其溶解聚集性能的影响;分析了各染料的直接性、移染性、匀染性、易洗涤性等染色性能。结果表明,活性黄BF-RR、活性红BF-RR和活性蓝BF-BRN适合小浴比染色。
Six representative reactive dyes commonly used in dyeing mills, including trichromatic dyes of BF series, Reactive Orange HF-2RX, Reactive Turquoise Blue MZ-GR and Reactive Black HD-001, are selected. Through the absorption spectros- copy method, the effects of solution temperature ,the concentrations of sodium sulphate and sodium carbonate on the aggre- gation of reactive dyes are studied. The substantivity, migration, levelling property and easy washing-off peffomance are also analyzed. The results show that Reactive Yellow BF-RR, Reactive Red BF-RR and Reactive Blue BF-BRN are suitable for cotton knits in low liquor ratio dyeing.
