摘要
试验探讨固色碱品种与用量、渗透剂、促染剂、活性染料用量,以及冷堆温度和时间对羊毛织物染色效果的影响,结果表明,羊毛冷轧堆优化染色条件为:碱剂碳酸钠60~80 g/L,渗透剂JFC 1%,促染剂乙酸铵1%,30~37℃冷堆5~6 h。为避免产生色斑,染料用量不宜超过60 g/L。冷轧堆染色的羊毛织物得色量较高。
Influences of type and dosage of fixing alkali, penetrating agent, dyeing accelerant, dosage of reactive dyes, temperature and time of cold batching-up on dyeing effect of wool fabric were discussed. Results showed that the optimum cold padbatch dyeing process of wool fabric was sodium carbonate 60 ~ 80 g/L, penetrating agent JFC 1%, dyeing accelerant ammonium acetate 1%, cold batching-up at 30 ~ 37℃ for 5 ~6 hours. In order to avoid color staining, dosage of reactive dyes should be less than 60 g/L. Wool fabric dyed with cold pad-batch process featured high color yield.
