摘要
基于SPR原理的生物传感技术高灵敏的质量传感特性,具有无需标记、实时监测生物分子间相互作用过程的优点,目前在生物学检测尤其是遗传领域的研究中越来越受到重视,显示出很强的应用潜力。本文介绍了SPR技术的基本理论和应用原理,分析和整理了近年来SPR技术在经典遗传学,表观遗传学,和抗原抗体相互作用的具有代表性的研究结果,以期对近年来SPR技术在生物学领域的应用作一介绍。
Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) - based biosensor technology provides label - free and real - time monitoring of molecular interactions. Nowadays, SPR hiosensor are interest to biology scientists and showing a significantly potential of application, especially in Genetics. In this paper, we introduced the SPR detection theories and the principle of SPR biosensor, analyzed and arranged the papers in classical genetics, epigenetics and antigen - antibody interaction in recent years, in order to review the application of SPR - based biosensor technology in biological detections.
