测定蚝油中的3-氯-1,2-丙二醇的气相色谱-质谱联用法 被引量:3

Determination of 3-MCPD in oyster juice by GC-MS

摘要 目的探讨气相色谱-质谱法测定蚝油中3-氯-1,2-丙二醇(3-chloro-1,2-propanediol,3-MCPD)的分析方法。方法蚝油中的3-MCPD经过层析柱净化,经三氟丁酰基咪唑衍生,用气相色谱-质谱法测定,通过目标组分的质谱图和保留时间与目标组分的标准物质的质谱图和保留时间对照进行定性,选择特征离子定量。结果样品加标回收率在80%~95%之间,相对标准偏差在2.05%~4.15%之间,检出限为2.0μg/kg。结论在该方法中采取净化及衍生方法,适用蚝油中3-MCPD的测定。 [Objective]To explore the determination of 3-chloro-1,2-propanediol(3-MCPD) in oyster juice by chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS).[Methods]After purified by column chromatography,the 3-MCPD in oyster juice was derived with HFBI,and determined by GC-MS,using full scan and selected ion mode scanning at the same time,through the target analytes by mass spectra and retention time and standard the mass spectrum and retention time control for qualitative,quantitative internal standard method of single ion.[Results]The rate of recovery was between 80%-95%,the relative standard deviation was 2.05%-4.15%,the detection limit wa 2 μ g/kg.[Conclusion]Purification and derivative method are adopted in this approach which is suitable for determination of 3-MCPD in oyster juice.
