摘要
针对来自杨木造纸废液的木质素磺酸钠(LS)作为水煤浆分散剂较差的性能,通过磺化和缩聚反应对其进行了化学改性,制备出改性木质素磺酸钠(MLS)。研究了改性木质素磺酸钠与萘系、有机羧酸盐类等分散剂复配之后对水煤浆成浆性能的影响。结果表明:与木质素磺酸钠相比,改性木质素磺酸钠的磺酸基的红外特征衍射峰明显增强,改性木质素磺酸钠的分散降黏能力也明显增强。复配制备的新添加剂工业应用结果表明:新型的水煤浆添加剂对皇陵煤的煤浆性能影响较大,且能有效地提高煤浆煤质量分数。
Due to the poor performance of sodium lignosulfonate as a dispersant of the CWS, the sulfonation and polycondensation reactions were conducted for the chemical modification to prepare the modified lignin sulfonatesodium (MLS) . The paper studied on the combining properties of modified lignin sulfonate with naphthalene hydrocarbons and organic carboxylate. The results showed that compared with the lignin sulfonate, sulfonic acid peak of modified lignin sulfonate is significandy enhanced, and the dispersion of the modified lignin sulfonate is increased. The industrial application shows that the compound dispersant is sensitive to HuangLing coal, and can effectively increase the concentration of coal-water slurry.
