摘要
目的:比较性病门诊和其他门诊就诊者HIV感染的差异。方法:对2005年月1日至2010年12月31日性病科及其他科室就诊者HIV筛查资料进行分析和比较。结果:性病门诊就诊者HIV感染率明显高于其他科室的筛查者(P<0.001);HIV感染率在性病就诊者中有明显增高趋势。结论:应加强对性病门诊就诊者的HIV筛查,以发现潜在的感染者。
Objective： To compare the difference in HIV detections screened in different clinical departments. Methods： Patients attended our hospital from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2010 were screened for HIV infec- tions, and the data were analyzed and compared for the trends between the STD clinic attendees and attendees in oth- er clinics. Results： The HIV infection rate was significantly higher among the STD clinic attendees than among the other clinical departments （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. The HIV infection rates were increased over-time in the last 6 years. Conclusion： The HIV screening should be strengthened among the STD clinic attendees in order to identify the po- tential infections.
