摘要
目的:了解河南省某县外籍嫁入妇女中艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染状况及相关因素,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法:采用普查方法对目标人群进行摸底登记及HIV检测;对确认感染者做CD4+ T细胞测定和个案流行病学调查。结果:全县共普查出1995年以来外籍嫁入妇女1468例,受检数910例,总受检率61.99%,查出HIV感染者9例,受检人群感染率0.99%。9例感染者平均年龄30岁;4例来自本省市,其余5例分别来自云南、广西、湖南、湖北、四川;感染途径:性传播7例,有偿供血传播与输血传播各1例;CD4+ T淋巴细胞平均265个/mm3,小于200个/mm3有4例,7例出现不同程度并发症。结论:艾滋病高流行农村地区间及农村在城市打工的流动妇女成为我国HIV感染和传播的重点人群。应加强对流动妇女健康宣传教育、行为干预、咨询检测、HIV阳性育龄妇女免费治疗、心理关怀及随访管理工作。
Objective： To understand HIV prevalence and related factor among married - in migrant women in a rural county of Henan province so as to provide evidence for the development of HIV/AIDS prevention and control. Methods： To resist and test HIV antibody for married - in migrant women by the general survey method, to make the CD4^ ＋ T cell determination and the document epidemiology investigation for HIV -infected females. Results： The 910 married -in migrant women were examined among 1 468 being identified in the county since 1995, and the receives examining rate was 61.99%. 9 cases were found to be HIV - infected females, the infection percentage was 0. 99%. The infections average age was 30 ; 4 from this province or cities, the other 5 from Yunnan, Guangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Si- chuan. Infection route： seven example were infected by sexual contact, followed by paid blood and transfuses blood transfusion, the example of which was all one. CDn ＋ T cell average 265/mm^3, 4 examples 〈 200/mm^3, 7 cases appeared the varying degree illness complication. Conclusion： The mobile women in the HIV/AIDS high popular countryside area and worked in the cities from the countryside become the key crowd of HIV infection and the dissemination in our country. We should strengthen the propaganda education and the behavior intervention, the consultation and examination, the HIV - infected woman of child - bearing age free medical treatment, the psychology shows loving care for and supports and makes a follow - up visit the supervisory work.
