调节性T细胞免疫抑制与类风湿性关节炎发病机制相关研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 调节性T细胞(regulatoryTceils,Treg)是一种特殊的免疫调节细胞,具有免疫无反应性和免疫抑制性两大功能特征,可通过细胞间直接接触和分泌抑制性细胞因子(如IL-10、TGF—B)等途径抑制B细胞,T细胞,以及树突状细胞(DC)等多种免疫细胞的活性和功能,对维持机体免疫自稳,防止自身免疫性疾病具有极其重要的作用。
