摘要
针对大唐户县热电厂1号机组正常运行中,炉水pH值出现频繁超标的现象(维持10.0左右变化不大),通过试验和分析,找出炉水pH频繁超标的主要原因,并进行了处理。分析结果表明:由于高速混床树脂除去阳离子的能力减弱,导致Na+泄漏严重,为游离碱NaOH生成创造了条件,导致炉水pH值随之增大。
Aiming at the phenomenon of when normal operation frequently appearing boiler water pH value exceeding the standard limit in No. 1 Unit of Datang $haanxi Hu County Thermal Power Plant, through test and analysis, finds out the main causes of pH value frequently exceeding the standard lim- it, and makes treatment. The analysis result shows that due to the eliminating positive ion capability of high-speed mixed - bed resin weaken, leads to Na* badly leakage, which creates conditions for pro- ducing of dissociated alkali NaOH, as a result boiler water pH value be increasing.
