350MW发电机组循环水系统优化运行分析

摘要 文中对三河发电有限责任公司发电机组的循环水系统运行进行了分析。通过观察,发现外部环境因素对于循环水的水质和温度变化有较大影响,对系统结垢,机组夏季大负荷真空度低等现存问题进行了针对性处理,并提出了优化循环水系统运行的具体建议,对于提高循环水品质、降低机组补水率、优化系统运行等具有借鉴作用。 The recycling water system for the power generation unit of Sanhe Power Generation Go. , Ltd has been analyzed in the article. By means of observation, it is found that the external environment has greatly affected both quality and temperature of recycling water. The existing problems such as system scaling, low vacuum due to the high summer load have been handled directly and the detailed proposal has been put forward to optimizae the operation of the recycling water system, which has a reference in upgrading the quality of recycling water,decreasing the make-up water rate and optimizing the system operation.
