摘要
为了进一步提高循环流化床(Circulating Fluidized Bed,CFB)锅炉脱硫效率,使SO2排放浓度满足新的国家标准,采用试验分析的方法,对影响CFB锅炉脱硫效率的各主要因素进行了研究,提出了降低SO2排放浓度和脱硫费用的有效措施。试验结果表明:采用优化后的CFB锅炉炉内干法脱硫工艺,烟气排放满足了"GB 13223—2011火电厂大气污染物排放标准"中规定的SO2排放限值要求。
In order to improve the desulfurization efficiency of circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boil-er and make SO2 emission concentration meeting new national standard, adopts test analysis method,Researches main factors affecting the desulfurization efficiency of CFB boiler, puts forward effective measures to reduce SO2 emission and desulfurization cost. The test result shows that: using optimized dry way of desulfurization inside CFB boiler, the flue gas discharged satisfies SO2 emission limits val- ue which regulated in ' GB 13223-2011 Emission standard of air pollutants for thermal power plants'.
