摘要
目的:总结临床静脉用药配制的常见问题,为临床合理用药提供参考及为护理人员提供用药指导。方法:对2003年9月—2011年12月我院49例住院患者用药错误情况进行分析。结果:经分析发现护理人员作为药物治疗执行者在药品养护、配伍禁忌、溶剂选择、药品配制浓度等方面存在知识上的欠缺。结论:遵循临床需求加强学科协作,发挥临床药师药物化学和制剂学的优势,避免用药错误的发生。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the common problems noted in preparation of common intravenous admixture for reference of clinical rational drug use and guidance for nursing staff in drug use.METHODS：We analyzed the medication errors in 49 cases（inpatients） of our hospital during 2003-2011.RESULTS：The nursing staff as the performers of drug treatment had poor knowledge on drug maintenance,incompatibility,selection of solvents,dispensing concentration and so on.CONCLUSION：To avoid medication errors,it is important to abide by the clinical demand,strengthen cooperation between disciplines and bring clinical pharmacists＇ advantages in pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmaceutical pharmacy into full play.
