摘要 近年来随着河北南部电网多台600MW超临界汽轮发电机组相继投产,机组振动问题日益突出。针对这一状况,提出应用小波包能量谱,对机组的振动故障进行特征提取。通过对现场多台机组故障数据的处理和分析,采用最小二乘支持向量机对机组的振动故障进行分类,验证了该方法的有效性和可行性,同时也为现场技术人员提供参考和借鉴。 In recent years many sets of 600 MW supercritical steam turbine generator have put into production in the southern Hebei power network, and then the unit vibration problem increasingly. In this condition, this paper puts forward the application of wavelet packet energy spectrum method to pick up the unit vibration fault feature. Based on the units fault data processing and analysis, adopts the LSSVM on the unit vibration fault classification. By verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of this method, the paper provides reference technical personnel.
