摘要
目的评价大蒜素术后局部冲洗对非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法将90例患者随机分为3组,每组30例,分别使用生理盐水、5%碳酸氢钠液+0.1%氟康唑、大蒜素溶液等对非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎术后患者进行局部浴洗,随访6个月,比较其有效率。结果大蒜素组与氟康唑组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但都优于生理盐水组(P<0.05)。结论大蒜素用于非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者术后局部浴洗有较好疗效。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of postoperative local douche with allicin in the treatment of patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis. Methods Ninety patients with non-invasive fungal sinusitis were divided into three groups： group A, group B, group C, with 30 patients in each group. Patients in the three groups were locally douched with saline, 5% sodium bicarbonate solution＋0.1% fluconazole, and allicin solution, respectively. All the patients were followed up for 6 months, and the clinical efficacy were compared between the three groups. Results The clinical efficacy in group B and group C showed no statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）, which were significantly better than that in group A （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Postoperative local douche with allicin is quite effective for treating non-invasive fungal sinusitis.
