摘要
目的探讨非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎术中及术后应用洁尔阴冲洗液的临床效果。方法将非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎患者90例随机分为两组,在鼻内镜手术中及术后分别采用洁尔阴和生理盐水冲洗术腔,随访6个月至2年。结果术后3个月内,洁尔阴组治愈率66.67%,生理盐水组治愈率44.44%,2χ检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6个月内,洁尔阴组治愈率100%,生理盐水组治愈率91.11%,好转率8.89%。结论在鼻内镜手术中及术后应用洁尔阴液冲洗术腔,可以提高非侵袭性真菌性鼻窦炎的治愈率,缩短治愈时间。
Objective To investigate therapeutie effect of Jieeryin irrigation during anti after treatment of non-invasive fungal nasosinusitis. Methods All the eases were divided iuto two groups randomly. The patients in stilled group were practiced Jieeryin irrigation during and after endoscopic surgery, and the patients in contrnl group were irrigated with physiologie saline. All the patients were followed up for 6 12 months. Results The Jieeryin group showed the more cure tale （66.67%） than the control group （44.44%） in 3 months after eudoseopie surgery. The statistical significance were showed （P 〈 0.05 ） ; The cure rate in Jieeryin group reached 100% in 6 months, but 91. 11% in control. Conclusion Application of Jieeryin irrigation in treatment of non-invasive fungal nasosinusitis can increase cure rate and reduce cure period.
