摘要
介绍了宝钢自制140 t运输框架车转动系统结构及工作原理。分析了转向系统各车轮运动及其转角的关系。并运用INVENTER软件建立车轮转向系统三维模型,进行仿真运动分析,得到转弯运动特性曲线图,并与理论计算得到的转弯运动特性曲线进行比较,研究相关各轮的运动特性变化情况。实践证明,140 t框架车转向系统能够满足设计要求和生产要求。
The structure of driving system and working principle of the 140 t frame vehicle made in Bao Steel are introduced. The relationship between each wheel movement and turning angle of steering system is ana- lyzed. Moreover, with Inventer software, a 3 -D model of the steering system was established and the emula- tion motion analysis was done. The curve diagram of turning motion characteristic was made. It is compared with the characteristic curve obtained by theoretical calculation. As a result, the angle deviant of motion of each relative wheel is researched. It is proved by practice that the steering system meets the design and production requirements
