摘要
采用UG软件建立车架参数化模型,采用ANSYS软件进行仿真计算,获得优化前后车架最大应力和变形分布规律及其静载、动载下的强度、刚度特性,通过对比分析,验证了升降平板框架运输车车架优化方案的可行性,并对后续设计方案的改进提出建议。为解决车架立柱轴横梁根部开裂问题提供了理论依据。
This paper builds the lift platform carrier vehicle's carriage parametric model with software UG and conducts simulation calculation by software ANSYS to obtain the maximum stress of pre and post optimization of the carriage,deformation distribution pattern,its static and dynamic load strength,rigidity; and through comparative analysis,the feasibility of optimization scheme of the carriage is verified and the suggestions of improvement to subsequent design scheme is put forward. It provides theoretical basis for resolving crack problem of the root of cross beam of column axis of the carriage.
