摘要
用小麦条锈菌、大麦条锈菌、赖草(Leymus secalinus)条锈菌和麦草(Elymus tangutorum)条锈菌的代表菌系,采用人工接种方法,对7个族的23属50种禾草的抗条锈性进行了鉴定。结果表明,感染条锈病的种类除星星草(Puccinellia tenuiflora)外均属小麦族。小麦族不同属、种抗条锈性有差异,芒颖大麦草(Hordeum jubatum)、东方早麦草(Eremopyrum orientale)和肥披碱草(Elymus excelsus)对大部分菌系均表现感病反应,赖草属(Leymus)除赖草高度感染赖草菌系外均较抗病,较抗病的还有鹅观草属(Roegneria)、沙生冰草(Agropyron desertorum)、老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus)和Thinopyrum scirpeum。不同条锈菌对不同属,种禾草的致病性有显著差异。
Resistance of 50 grass species of 23 genera belonging to 7 tribes towheat stripe rust, barley stripe rust, common leymus (Leymus secalinus) stripe rust and tangut wildryegrass (Elyrnus tangutorum) stripe rust was evaluated. The results of artificial inoculation indicated that all infected grasses belong to Tritceae except Puccinellia tenuiflora, and the resistance is different between genera of species. Hordeum jubatum, Eremopyrum orientale and Elymus excelsus were all susceptible to most of the isolates. The species of Leymus were resistant to all isolates, but L.seealinus was susceptible to the isolate from common leymus. Roegneria spp., Agropyron desertorum, Elymus sibirivus and Thinopyrum scirpeum were all resistant to all isolates. The stripe rust isolated from different hosts had shown remarkable differences in virulence for different grasses.
