摘要
目的探索运用多媒体技术提高肿瘤外科学教学效果的方法。方法对多媒体辅助肿瘤外科学教学的优、劣势进行综合分析,并探讨高质量多媒体课件的特点。结果作为一种先进的教学模式,多媒体辅助教学手段有助于培养学生的学习兴趣和信心,有助于提高教学质量和教学效果;过分地夸大其作用而忽视其不足之处,容易走入现代教育技术的误区,造成不良效果。结论结合肿瘤外科学课程和学生的特点,继续发扬传统教学的优点,科学、合理地运用多媒体技术辅助肿瘤外科学教学,有利于不断优化教学进程,充分发挥教师在多媒体辅助教学中的巨大潜能,提高肿瘤外科学教学质量和教学效果。
Objective To explore the effect of multimedia technology on improving the teaching of oncologic surgery.Methods The advantages and problems of computer assisted instruction（CAI） in teaching Surgical Oncology were analyzed comprehensively,and the characters of a good CAI courseware were also studied.Results As an advanced teaching mode,Multimedia CAI is helpful to cultivate students＇ interest and confidence in study.However its function may be overstated and its shortcoming were overlooked usually.So it is likely to be led astray of modern teaching technology and cause harmful teaching effect.Conclusion With the combination of characters of oncologic surgery course and students major in medical science,as the advantages of traditional teaching still carried on,scientific and rational use of multimedia CAI was good for optimizing teaching process,giving full play to the teacher＇s tremendous potentials,consequently promoting the teaching quality and effect of oncologic surgery.
