摘要
目的探讨FR-Ⅲ型功能矫治器治疗替牙期前牙反的临床效果。方法应用FR-Ⅲ型功能矫治器矫治替牙期前牙反患者12例,对矫治前后硬软组织变化进行X线头影测量,分析其疗效、矫治机理等。结果 12例患者经过治疗获得满意的疗效,前牙反关系恢复正常,面型由Ⅲ类凹面型转变为直面型;上唇到审美平面距离减少,Z角趋于正常,软组织外貌得到改善;代表颌骨位置关系的SNA角、SN-MP角矫治前后改变有统计学意义;ANB角、U1-SN角、L1-MP角矫治前后改变有统计学意义。结论处在替牙期的前牙反患者使用FR-Ⅲ型功能矫治器的矫治效果明显。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of anterior crossbite in mixed dentition by FR-Ⅲ functional appliance.Methods Using FR-Ⅲ functional regulatorappliance,twelve cases of anterior crossbite in mixed dentition had been treated;the changes of soft and hard tissues were measured on cephalometric film,and the treatment result and mechanism were analyzed.Results Treatment results of cases were satisfying,and the anterior crossbite was corrected;the facial profile was changed from concave patern to normal patern;The distance between upper lip and esthetic plane was decreased,Z angle convert to normal range,and the facial profile was improved;the difference of the angles of ANB,U1-SN L1-MP pretreatment and posttreatment were changed significantly.Conclusion The FR-Ⅲ appliance was effective approach in correcting anterior crossbite in mixed dentition.
