颌间Ⅲ类磁力作用下髁突软骨中TGF-β1和IL-1α的时空分布 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨颌间Ⅲ类磁力不同作用时间下髁突软骨中转化生长因子β1和白介素-1的时空分布特点。方法:选用青春生长发育高峰期雌性恒河猴6只,分为3月和6月实验组和对照组,对照组各1只,实验组各2只。实验组戴用颌间Ⅲ类双阻板磁力矫治器,对照组不戴。采用原位杂交方法检测TGF-β1mRNA和IL-1αmRNA的表达,行统计学处理分析。结果:对照组TGF-β1mRNA和IL-1αmRNA的表达具有不同的空间分布特点,以肥大带和钙化软骨带表达为主;TGF-β1mRNA前斜面表达较少,后斜面表达较强;IL-1αmRNA表达规律相反,在髁突前斜面强,而在后斜面很弱。3月组2种因子表达的强度和空间分布都有较大变化,表达明显增强;IL-1αmRNA在髁突软骨浅层增殖带、肥大带的表达增强,后斜面表达信号明显增强,前斜面表达有所减弱;而TGF-β1mRNA前、后斜面表达均有明显增强,肥大带以及钙化软骨带均有表达。6月组髁突软骨2种因子表达均明显减弱,且表达规律相似。实验组与对照组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:在颌间Ⅲ类磁力作用下,TGF-β1mRNA和IL-1αmRNA可能通过多种方式参与调控髁突软骨的适应性骨改建过程,其表达强弱与不同的作用时限有关。3月组2种因子表达较6月组明显,提示3月组髁突软骨改建较积极活跃。 Objective:To investigate the molecular mechanism of the remodeling of condyle under Class Ⅲ intermaxillary functional magnetic force for different time.Methods:Six pubescent Rhesus monkeys were divided into test groups and control groups in 3 months and 6 months.2 monkeys in each test group,1 monkey in each control group.Monkeys in the test groups wore TMAⅢ while the control groups did not.Results:In the control groups,TGF-β1 mRNA and IL-1α mRNA were expressed in some special parts differently,TGF-β1 mRNA mainly expressed in the posterior part of the condyle while IL-1α mRNA mainly expressed in the anterior part.In the 3 months group,TGF-β1 mRNA and IL-1α mRNA expression changed significantly.The positive expression increased strongly.Compared with 3 months group,the expression of two factors decreased in the 6 months group.Conclusion:Under Class Ⅲ Orthopedic treatment,TGF-β1 mRNA and IL-1α mRNA probably participate in the endochondral bone remodeling in the condylar,and the expression relates to different length of time.Two factors are expressed more strongly in the 3 months group than in the 6 months group,it infers that the remodeling of endochondral bone is more active in the 3 months group.
