摘要
目的对比鼻咽癌放疗前后各阶段CT变化特点,掌握其变化规律,鉴别早期复发、改进治疗手段、改善预后。方法通过回顾性分析120例病理证实为鼻咽癌的患者进行放射治疗前后影像表现对比,观察和分析鼻咽癌放射治疗后CT变化规律。结果放疗后因肿瘤的病理分化程度、肿瘤对放疗的敏感性及随诊时间的不同,原发灶治疗后可完全消退、缩小及增大恶化等表现,本组病例肿块消失81例(57.5%),肿瘤较放疗前缩小19例(15.8%);增大外侵6例(5%);鼻咽部纤维化26例(21.7%)。结论鼻咽癌放疗前后动态CT对比观察,对提高CT随访诊断水平、鉴别早期复发、改进治疗手段、改善预后具有重要意义。
Objective Observing the changing of CT feature in different periods on patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after radiotherapy,and trying to find the rules in order to early identify the recurrence,improve treatment and prolong life span of patients.Methods Retrospectively analysis the CT feature of 120 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma which confirmed by pathology before and after radiotherapy,observation and analysis on the change law of CT feature.Results According to the different degree of pathological differentiation of tumor,different sensitivity of radiotherapy and different time for follow-up,the primary lesion,after treatment,can be completely regression,reduction,and even deterioration.In our study,the situation were shown as follows completely regression（69,57.5%）,reduction（19,15.8%）;deterioration（6,5%）;and there also 26 patients（21.7%）manifested as fibrosis of nasopharynx.Conclusion It is important to evaluate the CT feature of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma before and after radiotherapy,because it can help us early identify the recurrence,improve treatment and prolong life span of patients.
