乳腺癌术后CT随访锁骨上淋巴结假阴性而触诊阳性二例

摘要 目前,临床上对乳腺癌患者的术后随访常采用影像学检查,其中又以CT最为常用,却往往对常规体检不够重视。笔者报道2例乳腺癌术后CT随访锁骨上淋巴结假阴性而触诊为阳性的病例,以说明常规体检在随访中的重要性。
