摘要
在已有的教师专业化研究中,职业适应的研究对象主要是中、小学教师,对高校教师的研究尚不多见。对高校初任教师职业适应开展研究,能帮助我们更好地理解初入职场的高校教师所面临的特有的适应问题,丰富高等教育领域有关初任教师的理论,利于深入开展初任教师培训、管理和激励体制等方面的理论研究。
In the past few years, the issue of beginner teacher profession adoption has been paid great attention to and become one important field in teacher professional study. However, the subjects focused mainly on the primary and secondary teachers in the previous studies, the studies of the college and university beginner teachers still remain inadequate. Therefore, a study of the college and university beginner teachers profession adoption will contrib- ute to a better understanding of the problems faced by beginner teachers in colleges and universities, to the theory enrichment of the beginner teachers in the higher education field, to further improvement of the training, manage- ment and theoretical study of the incentive system of the beginner teachers in colleges and universities.
