摘要
目的比较淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗和传统安胎治疗对不明原因复发性流产患者的治疗效果。方法 2010年6月至2011年6月在我院优生遗传门诊就诊的封闭抗体阴性的不明原因复发性流产患者中,选取110例患者作为治疗组,采用丈夫外周血淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗,另选取60例患者作为对照组,采用传统安胎治疗,肌注黄体酮及HCG。结果主动免疫治疗组妊娠成功79例,妊娠成功率为71.8%,对照组妊娠成功15例,妊娠成功率为25.0%。两组间妊娠成功率比较,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗对不明原因复发性流产的疗效显著,优于传统安胎治疗。
Objective To compare the efficacy of active imumotherapy with lymphocytes of husband and traditional medical treatment in the treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods In the patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion who tested negative for blocking antibodies treated in our eugenic department from June 2010 to June 2011, 110 were selected as the study group （treated with active imumotherapy with lymphoeytes of husband） and 60 were selected as the control group （treated with progestrone and HCG）. Results Seventy-nine patients succeeded in gestation in the study group, with the successful gestation rate of 71.8%, while 15 patients succeeded in control group, with the successful gestation rate of 30%. Statistically significant difference was found between the two groups. Conclusion Active imumotherapy with lymphocytes of husband is an effective treatment for unexplained recurrent spuntaneous abortion, which is better than medical treatment with progestrone and HCG.
