焦化废水SBR处理中活性污泥的化学诱变研究

摘要 研究了经盐酸氮芥、5-溴尿嘧啶(5-BU)、吖啶橙3种化学诱变剂处理的活性污泥,在出水环境中恢复培养和驯化后,于SBR系统中对焦化废水进行后续处理,测定了出水COD、氨氮和TOC,并采用GC-MS方法对处理前后焦化废水中有机物进行了定性分析。结果表明,通过化学诱变剂诱变,活性污泥对焦化废水COD的去除能力有显著提高,对难降解有机物的降解和转化能力增加,其中以盐酸氮芥诱变效果最佳。 The activated sludge that was respectively mutagenized by three kinds of mutagens, chlormethine hydrochloride, 5-bromine uracil (5-BU) and acridine orange, after recovery training and acclimation in the effluent, for further treatment of coking waste water in SBR system was studied. The value of COD, ammonia nitrogen and TOC in the effluent was tested, and the organic components in coking waste water before and after treatment was analyzed qualitatively with GC-MS method. The result showed that after the chemical mutagenesis, the activated sludge' s ability of COD removal in coking waste water was improved significantly, and the degradation and transformation of refractory organics were increased, and the mutagenic effect of chlormethine hydrochloride was the best among the three kinds of mutagens.
