摘要
本文阐述了对地衣芽孢杆菌C_(1213)进行的诱变选育及发酵条件试验。获得的pH4~18变异株产碱性蛋白酶活力达21000单位/ml,放大试验在2.5m^3发酵罐中进行。冀的性质试验表明:最适pH11,最适温度60℃。
Studies on the mutation and fermentation conditions were carried out by using Bacillus licheniformis C1213. A mutant strain pH4-18 produced maximum alkaline protease activity 21000 u/ml. Fermentation experiment was conducted in 2. 5 m' fermentor. Optimum pH and tempereture for alkaline protease produced by strain pH4-18 are pH 11,60℃.
