摘要
研究了云南药用昆虫———云南琵琶甲的防御性分泌物抗菌活性 ,并采用气相色谱 -质谱联用技术对其防御性分泌物的组成成分进行了分析 .主要成分有 1,4-苯醌 ,2 -甲基 - 1,4-苯醌 ,2 -乙基 - 1,4-苯醌等 .
The antibiotic activity of Balaps japanensis yunnanensis Mar's,a folk medicine insect in Yunnan Province of China,defensive secretion have been studied.The results show that the defensive secretion has striking antibacteria and antifunguses activity.And its defensive secretion composition has been analyzed by HP6890.GC-MS analysis results show the composition of defensive secretion.The main compositions are 2,5-cyclohexadiene-1,4-dione,2,5-cyclohexadiene-1,4-dione,2-methyl,2,5-cyclohexadiene-1,4-dione,2-ethyl etc.
