摘要
新疆高职院校大学生的就业问题既关系到地区经济的发展、社会的稳定和进步,同时也关系到大学生自身的发展、成才和人生价值的实现。就业指导课程的有效实施是大学生就业指导工作有效运行的重要内容和关键环节,探讨大学生就业指导课程实施现状,构建系统、科学、规范且具有良好可操作性的课程体系,在课程实施过程中切实提高学生的职业素质和能力,具有非常重要的意义。
The employment of college graduates concerns not only the economic development of an area, social stability and advancement, but also the graduates＇ future, development and realization of their values. The employment guidance course will help students get ready in psychology for their future career, which is very important. The paper discusses the implementation of the course in vocational colleges and argues that constructing systematic, scientific and standardized employment guidance course is of great significance for vocational college graduates.
