摘要
充分就业是全面建设小康社会的一个重要目标。2006年新疆就业形势好于往年,但劳动力充分就业的需求与劳动力总量增加的矛盾突出;劳动者素质与就业需求不相适应的结构性矛盾突出;大中专毕业生尤其是少数民族毕业生就业形势依然严峻。针对这些问题,本文提出了一些解决新疆就业问题的对策建议。
Full employment is an important objective of building a well - off society in an all - round way. In 2006, the situation of employment in Xinjiang is better than previous years. However, there is still obvious contradiction between the demand of full employment of labor force and the increase in its number, structural contradiction between the stress on labor quality and employment demand. Furthermore, employment situation of technical and secondary school graduate, especially the ethnic minority graduate is as serious as before. The paper analyses the current situation and problems of employment in Xinjiang, and puts forward some suggestions.
