摘要
目的 :探讨轴索型格林巴利综合征 (GBS)兔模型血清中抗空肠弯曲菌脂多糖 (LPS) Ig G抗体的改变。方法 :采用酶联免疫吸附试验 (ELISA)方法检测注射 LPS后发病兔 3只 ,未发病兔 2 3只及对照组兔 1 0只血清中抗 LPS Ig G抗体滴度。结果 :发病兔血清中抗 LPS Ig G滴度最高 ,A值明显高于未发病兔组及对照组 ,P<0 .0 1。未发病兔组血清中抗 LPS Ig G抗体滴度也有升高 ,明显高于对照组 ,P<0 .0 1。结论 :注射 LPS后可使兔体内产生抗 LPS Ig G抗体 ,而且产生抗 LPS Ig G抗体滴度越高者患轴索型 GBS可能性越大。
? Objective:To investigate relations between Lipopolysaccharides (LPS) of Campylobacter juejuni (Cj) and axonal form Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS).Methods:An enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test was performed in detection of IgG antibody using LPS which were isolated form a patient with axonal form GBS as antigens.A total of 3 sera from rabbits of axonal form GBS,23 sera from rabbits without symptom after LPS was inoculated and 10 sera from a control group were tested.Results:The results showed that IgG antibodiy titers against LPS of Cj were signifcantly elevated in rabbits of axonal form GBS,compared with rabbits without symptom after LPS was inoculated or control group ( P <0 01).Moreover,IgG antibody titers in rabbits without symptom after LPS was inoculated were highter than those in control group ( P <0 01).Conclusion:It was suggested that there were IgG antibodies aganist LPS of Cj in sera of rabbits produced after inoculating LPS.The incidence rate of axonal form GBS was elevated with IgG antibodies titer. 〔
