摘要
目的探讨持续质量改进在提升骨科护理质量中的应用效果。方法我院2013年1月至2014年1月间,骨科收治的232例各类骨伤患者为研究对象,按入院时间分为观察组与对照组,所有患者均积极治疗原发病,并行相应护理,观察组住院期间开展持续质量改进项目。比较两组患者所受到的基础护理操作水平、心理护理和健康教育效果、护理满意度和生活质量之间的差异。结果观察组患者受到的基础护理操作水平高于对照组,心理护理和健康教育效果优于对照组,护理满意度和生活质量高于对照组,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论持续质量改进可以有效提高骨科护理服务水平,增强基础护理能力、提高健康教育和心理护理效果,改善患者生活质量和护理服务满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of continuous quality improvement in promoting nursing quality in orthopaedic department. Methods 232 orthopaedic patients were divided into objective group （from Aug 2013 to Jan 2014, 120 cases） and control group（from Jan 2013 to Jul 2013, 112 cases） according the time they were hospitalized. The conventional treatment and nursing plan were used in all the patients. The continuous quality improvement plan was used in the objective group only. The basic nursing level, the effect of health education and psychological nursing, nursing satisfaction and life quality of the two groups were compared. Results The basic nursing level, the effect of health education and psychological nursing, the nursing satisfaction and life quality of objective group were precede those in the control group, differences between the two groups were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Continuous quality improvement plan can promote nursing quality in orthopaedic department, rise nurse＇s ability, promote the effects of health education and psychological nursing, increases life quality and satisfaction of patients on nursing serves.
