氯诺昔康复合瑞芬太尼在术后静脉镇痛中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨氯诺昔康复合瑞芬太尼在术后静脉镇痛中的应用效果。方法:将90例随机分成A组、B组、C组,A组,瑞芬妮0.0067μg/(kg.min);B组氯诺昔康48 mg;C组,氯诺昔康48 mg加瑞芬尼0.005μg/(kg.min)。结果:术后镇痛评分,镇痛优良率C组镇痛作用与A组、B组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:氯诺昔康复合小剂量瑞芬太尼用于术后PCIA,能获得满意的镇痛效果。
