摘要
本文研究了从发酵酸乳中快速分离纯化嗜热乳链球菌的方法。文中采用涂布分离法在溴甲酚紫指示剂的牛乳营养琼脂平板上可以快速的分离嗜热链球菌。经过镜检和发酵试验鉴定所分离出的菌株为纯种嗜热乳链球菌,可用于牛乳中抗生素检测。
This paper studies the method of the rapid isolation and purification of thermophilic streptococcus lactic from fermented milk. Coating partition method is used to separate ther- mophilic streptococcus lactic on the bromcresol purple indicator of cow＇s milk nutrient agar plate and the effect is quite well. The result showed that this method can attain its well separa- tion. The bacterial strain isolated is identified as pure thermophilic streptococcus lactic through microscopic examination and fermentation test, so this method can be used for the detection of antibiotics in milk.
