摘要
目的研究模拟现场急救的培训模式对非专职化院外急救医生的岗前培训是否实用、有效。方法选取101名2010年12月～2011年12月期间参加的非专职化院外急救医生岗前培训人员进行模拟现场急救的岗前培训，分析比较培训前、后考核成绩的差异。结果培训后的考核成绩显著高于培训前的考核成绩（均P〈0．01）。不同职称、不同年龄段的学员培训后的考核成绩均显著高于培训前的考核成绩（均P〈0．01）。结论模拟现场急救的培训模式对非专职化院外急救医生的岗前培训实用、有效。
Objective To investigate the effect of the simulated first aid incident management on the pre-job training of unprofessional pre---hospital emergency physicians. Methods 101 unprofessional pre--hospital emergency physicians who attended the simulated first aid pre-job training from Dec 2010 to Dec 2011 were analzed. Results The after-training test scores were significantly higher than the before-training scores （ P 〈0.01）. Further compared trainees in different professional title and age, the after-training test scores were all significantly improved （all P 〈0.01）. Conclusion first aid simulation model is an efficient way to train unprofessional emergency physicians.
