摘要
目的分析安徽省某医院不同职称卫生技术人员(以下简称“卫技人员”)继续医学教育学分获取方式之间的差异,提高继续医学教育管理水平。方法根据医院626名卫技人员上报的继续医学教育学分情况,应用SPSS13.0软件,统计、分析2010年度医院在职卫技人员的学分达标情况以及不同职称人员与分项学分获取情况之间的差异。结果卫技人员继续医学教育学分首次达标率平均在98.0%以上,不同职称卫技人员与部分分项学分获取方式存在不同程度的差异,表明学分制度在继续医学教育管理中有一定的效果,但是也存在一定的缺陷。结论学分制度对卫技人员的继续医学教育的管理意义重大,政策导向明显,但是我国实施学分制度较晚,需要在实施过程中不断改进标准,对不同职称卫技人员区别要求,保持有机衔接,促进各层次卫技人员在新理论、新知识、新技术、新方法等方面的学习。
Objective To analyze the difference for obtaining credit manners in continuing medical education of health technicians in children' s hospital, Anhui Province, in order to improve the lever of continuing medical education. Methods It was used SPSS 13.0 software to analyze the credit compliance status and the difference for hospital health technicians obtaining each credit, which based on continuing medical education status of 626 health technicians. Results The average compliance rate of health technicians who had taken continuing medical educational credits for the first time was more than 98. 0%. There were differences between health technicians who post different technical title, and obtaining manners of each credit. There were some effects and defects in credit system of continuing medical education. Conclusions There are magnificent meaning and obvious guiding role in credit system of continuing medical education. Because of the delay of credit system in China, we need to improve education standard constantly, bring different education demand for health technicians of different technical title, promote all health technicians learning new theories, new knowledge, new technologies and new methods.
