摘要
超声医学进修医师教学长期以来不被重视、无章可循，导致进修医师教学质量难以提高。哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院超声科针对进修医师培养中存在的问题，进行了教学改革：强化基础知识；加强进修医师超声操作技能培训；完善考核制度；保持对进修医师的长期跟踪关注。其目的是为了提高进修医师教学质量，使其更好地掌握超声医学基本理论和实践技能，培养独立思考和独立诊断分析的能力。
The training of ultrasound physicians has been ignored for a long time, so that the teaching quality of the training was poor. For solving the problems, reforms were performed as follows： strengthening basic knowledge; enhancing skills training of physicians; improving the examination system; and keeping long-term attention on training physicians. The purpose is to improve the quality of ultrasound physicians.
