摘要
以问题为中心学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学法是目前国际上较流行的一种教学方法,我们在超声诊断学进修生教学中尝试PBL教学模式,通过多媒体讲座、根据临床病例设计问题、定期小组讨论等形式引导进修生学习理论知识,将枯燥的理论学习与上机操作有机地结合起来,提高了进修生的学习兴趣和积极性,培养了进修生良好的学习方法和独立解决问题的能力,提高了超声诊断学进修生教学的质量。
Problem-based learning(PBL) is a kind of worldwide—popular teaching mode with its special advantages.We tried to apply PBL in ultrasonic diagnostics training for advanced students.Through multi-media lecture,designing questions based on clinical cases and regular group discussions we guided advanced students to learn theoretical knowledge,organically integrated the boring theoretical studies and machine operation,improved the students’ learning interests and initiative,developed the students’ a good learning method and independent problem-solving skills,enhanced the quality of ultrasound teaching
