摘要
提高医学教育质量，关键在于提高医学生的临床实践能力。大力加强临床教学基地建设，是提高临床教学质量、培养高素质医学人才的重要环节。安徽医科大学通过实施临床学院品牌建设工程、临床教学改革与质量工程、师资队伍规范化培训工程、特色学科引领工程，从临床教学、科学研究、学科建设、师资培养、医疗合作与学生就业等6个方面，在40余所医院开展了“六位一体”临床学院建设工作，形成了临床学院建设“医疗支撑教学，教学带动科研，科研促进医疗，医疗服务发展，发展拉动就业”的良好局面。
On how to improve the quality of medical education, the key point is to improve the medical students clinical practice ability. Strengthening the construction of clinical teaching bases is the important link to improve the quality of clinical teaching and cultivate highquality medical talents. Through the implementation of clinical college brand construction project, clinical teaching reform and quality engineering, teachers team standardized training project, characteristic discipline lead engineering, Anhui Medical University carried out the ＂six in one＂ college construction project, from six aspects, that is clinical teaching, scientific research, discipline construction, training of teachers, medical cooperation and student employment in more than 40 hospitals. The good situation of clinical college construction was formed as the follows： medical care supporting teaching, teaching driving scientific research, scientific research improving medical care, medical service promoting development, and development pulling employmeat.
