摘要
目的观察教学培训中集体反馈方法对医学生学习基本生命支持(basic life support,BLS)技能的影响。方法在医学生的BLS技能培训中分别采用传统的培训方法和集体反馈方法。结果BLS培训后,接受集体反馈方法的医学生BLS技能得分明显高于接受传统BLS培训方法的学生。结论培训中集体反馈方法可以显著提高医学生BLS技能培训后即刻的BLS技能成绩。
Objective To observe impact of group feedback during basic life support (BLS) training on medical students' skills learning of BLS. Methods Traditional BLS training protocol and group feedback during training protocol was used respectively during BLS training. Results BLS skill marks were higher in students receiving group feedback training protocol. Conclusions Group feedback during BLS training improves medical students' skills learning.
